الشروط والأحكام - حملة نيدو العودة للمدارس

1. هذه الحملة الترويجية من تنظيم الشركة لتصدير منتوجات نستلة ش.م فرع  لبنان.

2. للمشاركة، يجب على المستهلك شراء أحد منتجات حليب نيدو المدعم بالمقاسات (400 غ، 900 غ، 2250 غ) كما هو محدد في الكتيب الترويجي.

3. بعد الشراء، يجب على المستهلك مسح رمز الاستجابة السريعة (QR) والتسجيل على الموقع الرسمي www.nidolove.com وإدخال بياناته الشخصية وإثبات الشراء.

4. كل عملية شراء تمنح فرصة واحدة للمشاركة في السحب. تزداد فرص الفوز مع تكرار الشراء.

5. الحملة سارية خلال الفترة المحددة من 15 أيلول إلى 1 تشرين  الثاني2025. الطلبات المقدمة بعد الموعد النهائي لن تُقبل.

6. الجوائز غير قابلة للتحويل أو التغيير أو الاستبدال نقدًا.

7. سيتم اختيار الفائزين عشوائيًا تحت إشراف مديرية اليانصيب الوطني في مقر نستله بتاريخ 12 تشرين الثاني 2025. العنوان ضبية – الشارع الرئيسي - ملك نستلة. 

8. يحصل كل فائز على جائزة واحدة فقط. لا يمكن للمشارك الفوز بأكثر من جائزة واحدة في هذه الحملة.

9. يجب على الفائزين قبول توقيع أي نماذج أو مستندات تطلبها شركة نستله لاستلام الجائزة.

10. آخر موعد لاستلام أو مراجعة الجوائز هو 12 كانون الأول 2025. الجوائز غير المطالَب بها بعد هذا التاريخ تُعتبر لاغية.

11. بمجرد المشاركة، يوافق المستهلك على مشاركة بياناته لأغراض هذه الحملة، وذلك بما يتوافق مع قوانين حماية البيانات المعمول بها.

12. تحتفظ نستله بحق تعديل أو إلغاء الحملة في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

13. لا يحق لموظفي نستله أو الشركات التابعة لها أو أقاربهم من الدرجة الأولى المشاركة في الحملة.

`14. الجوائز تشمل:

∙ 2 جهاز Apple MacBook Air M4

∙ 10 أجهزة Samsung Galaxy Tab

∙ 10 أجهزة HP Laptop

∙ 15 ساعة ذكية Samsung

15. سيكون هناك منسقون متواجدون في سبع متاجر مختارة من 18 أيلول إلى 4 تشرين الأول 2025 لدعم الحملة وزيادة التفاعل.

16. لا تتحمل نستله أي مسؤولية عن أي مشاكل تقنية أو تأخير أو أخطاء تمنع المشاركة أو تؤثر على نتائج الحملة.

17. لا تتحمل نستله أي مسؤولية عن أي مشاكل تقنية أو عيوب أو أعطال في الجوائز. المشاركة في هذه الحملة تعتبر قبولًا للشروط والأحكام أعلاه.

18. المشاركة في هذه الحملة تعتبر بمثابة قبول للشروط والأحكام أعلاه.

19. يجب ان يكون عمر الفائز 18 عام فاكثر وفي حال كان اقل من 18 سيتم تسليم الجائزة لولي الامر
